Speed Dry Mix – TILE ADHESIVE LD is a high quality Cement Based Polymer Modified Tile Adhesive which is used for fixing Ceramic and Vitrified Tiles on the floor and wall surfaces . No curing is required after application .High Quality Polymers are used to provide High Adhesion to substrate and self Curing Properties. This product also demonstrates excellent performance under water.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure the substrate is clean and free dust , oil , grease and loose particles before application . Dampening of substrate is required before applying Tile Adhesive. Checking the Verticality/ plumb level of substrate is essential. Ensure that new concrete substrate/ Masonry wall is at least six weeks old and screeds/cement sand base coats is minimum 14 days old before applying such Adhesives.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 22% water ( by weight of material ) is required for mixing . Mixing can be done either manually or with mechanical mixer/stirrer. It is advisable to use a mechanical Mixer to get homogeneous mix . The material should be applied within 90 minutes after preparation. It is recommended to apply Tile adhesive with a Notched Trowel that can provide minimum 3 mm thick layer. It is recommended to have thickness between 3-9mm. Grouting Activity can be taken after 24 hours. Designed/full Traffic be allowed after 48 hours of Installation.
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Speed Dry Mix – – TILE ADHESIVE LD is delivered in 20 Kg and 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Recommend to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
- Material contains cement, which may produce an allergic effect.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Material may cause irritation to eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical assistance. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
