Speed Dry Mix- ConFloor Hardtop -AR is a ready to use special Non Metallic Surface Hardening compound. This compound provides a high abrasion resistant surfaces to fresh concrete floors by dry shake method. It is a monolithic surface compound suitable for all Industrial floors/heavy duty floors that are subjected to heavy traffic . It provides an excellent crack resistant durable surface .

BASE CONCRETE
The base concrete should be laid and compacted in accordance with Good Concrete Practices. The base concrete should have a minimum cement content of 300 kg/m3. Accurate finish and minimum laitance build-up should be ensured .
COVERAGE
3 – 7 kg/m2 based on Intended Traffic use .
APPLICATION
Normally application is done in two stages . Initially, by using 50% to 70% of “ Confloor Hardtop AR” to be used when the base concrete has stiffened to the point when light foot traffic leaves an imprint of about 3mm -7mm. Wooden floats or power trowels may be used suitably . Surface should not be over worked. Immediately after floating, the remaining “ Confloor Hardtop AR” is sprinkled evenly over the surface. Once moisture is absorbed the surface can be floated in the same way as before. Final finishing of the floor using a power trowel can be carried out when the floor has stiffened sufficiently so that damage will not be caused. Repeated power trowelling would further improve the abrasion resistance.
CURING
Curing is required . Curing membrane / water curing method is recommended .
STORAGE AND PACKING
“ Confloor Hardtop AR” is delivered in 25 Kg bag. Storage life is 12 months under normal warehouse conditions.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material. Keep out of reach of children. Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials, care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
FIRE
“ Confloor Hardtop AR” is not flammable.
