Speed Dry Mix – Health Coat. It is a specially formulated Cement Based Polymer Modified Coat specially designed for Exterior walls. It does not require any curing post application. High Quality Mineral Fillers and Polymers are used while manufacturing the product. This is coat is on External Plastered /Concrete surfaces. This Heavy-Duty coat bridges all cracks if any available on the Plastered /Concrete surfaces. This protects walls from leakages and also gives a smooth finish on which primer and subsequently paints can be applied.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free of dust / loose particles, grease, mould oil, rust metal, wood peels, paints and plastics. Sand Paper, putty blade or wire brush can be used to remove loose particles. Surface must be dampened / pre-moistened at least 15 minutes before the application of Heath Coat .
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 25% water (by weight of material) is required for mixing. For better results, mixing should be preferably done with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing would normally take about 2-3 minutes. The material should be applied within 60 mins i.e. after mixing the material should get consumed within 60 mins . It is a single coat application .
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Speed Dry Mix – Health Coat is delivered in 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
Keep out of reach of children.
Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials, care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling.
