FIRE PROOF ZEMENT

FIRE PROOF ZEMENT is a lightweight fire resistant cement supplied as a dry powder and to be mixed with water for onsite preparation. This fine grade cement powder is Grey in colour and it has  a quick setting time. When the product is set, it presents a hard surface finish and does not shrink regardless of temperature change. .

Mixing and Application

  • Mixing to be done with mechanical mixers by adding approx. 70-80% water by weight of Cement . It can be applied by specialized trowel or can be sprayed .

Curing

No water curing is required post application.

Our Technical Team can guide on the surface preparation and application.

Storage and Packing

Product is  supplied in dry form , in 25Kg  bag.

Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place.

Health and Safety

  • Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
  • Material contains cement, polymers and fibres which may produce allergic effect.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
