Cement Concrete Wall Panel Jointing Mortar
It is a high-quality Premixed mortar specially designed for fixing Cement Concrete Wall Panels (precast). This mortar does not require any curing post application.

RAW MATERIALS USED
Main Binder : Ordinary Portland Cement – Grey
Fine Aggregate : Graded Silica Sand (Max. Size of Aggregate: 1.2mm ; retension on 600 micron sieve is max 5% ); silt free
Polymers :
a) Redispersible Powder ……..helps in better adhesion
b) MHEC (Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose) …. Self-Curing compound
c) Elastomeric agent ..Brings flexibility; has crack resistant properties (RDP and Elastomeric agents sourced from Wacker, Germany)

SURFACE PREPARATION
Dust layer, if any on the surface of the panel joints must be wiped.
The Surface of Panel Joints/Edges should be pre-wet prior to the application i.e. Pre-wetting is required so that the Panel joint surfaces does not absorb moisture from Mortar.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx 22% water (by weight of material) is required for mixing. Mixing can be done either manually or with mechanical mixer / stirrer. It is advisable to use a mechanical Mixer to get homogeneous mix. The material should be applied within 90 minutes after preparation. It is recommended to apply Mortar with a suitable Trowels.
CURING
No curing is required for Panel Joints after the application. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Panel Jointing Mortar is supplied in dry form and delivered in 40 Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
Material contains cement, which may produce allergic effect.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
