SPEED DRY MIX – Grout M30 ( Flexi)

It is a water resistant High-End Flexible M30 Grout specially designed for repair work/patch work  on concrete  substrate /Screeds/mortar beds  .  It  is a self curing product

Graded Coarse and Fine Aggregates (Max. Size of Aggregate:  3 mm) ; silt free

Polymers

a) Dispersible Powder ……. helps in better adhesion

b) MHEC (Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose) …. Self-Curing compound

c) Elastomeric agent …Brings flexibility; has crack resistant properties

(RDP and Elastomeric agents sourced from Wacker, Germany)

d) Glass Fibres – Alkali resistant

SURFACE PREPARATION

  • Old concrete /Mortar beds /new hardened concrete should be free from loose particles and surface must be SSD condition before the application.

MIXING AND APPLICATION

  • 13-14% water (by weight of material) is required for mixing.
  • Mixing should be done preferably with mechanical mixer / stirrer.
  • It can be applied with Trowel / Stucco blade/Putty blade.
  • The material should be applied within 90 minutes after preparation.

CURING

No water curing is required post application.

STORAGE AND PACKING

Speed Dry Mix-  Grout M30 (Flexi)  is supplied in dry form and delivered in 40 Kg bag.

Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
  • Material contains cement, which may produce allergic effect.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
