Speed Dry Mix – Texture Coarse is a Cement Based Polymer modified Wall finish. As it is cement based product it is applied on both Internal and External surfaces. This is water resistant product used as weathering coat . Decorative designs/textures can be made out of this product.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free of dust / loose particles, grease, mould oil, rust metal, wood peels, paints and plastics. Sand Paper, putty blade or wire brush can be used to remove loose particles. Surface must be dampened / pre-moistened at least 30 minutes before the application.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 24 % water (by weight of material) is required for mixing. For better results, mixing should be preferably done with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing would normally take about 3-5 minutes. Allow the mix to stand for 3 to 5 minutes to mature. The material should be applied within 90 minutes i.e., after mixing the material should get consumed within 90 mins.
Apply the prepared mix with suitable trowel over the surface to get the desired finish.
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Speed Dry Mix –Texture Coarse is delivered in 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
Keep out of reach of children.
Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials, care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
