Speed Dry Mix – Floor Screed SCM . It is a specially formulated Cement Based Polymer Modified Self Consolidating Mortar , specially designed Product designed to apply on Concrete / Hardened Cementatious substrates (Slabs/Floors) . It does not require any curing post application. High Quality Mineral Fillers and Polymers are used while manufacturing the product. This is a Heavy Duty flexible coat and can be applied from 8mm to 40mm . This provides excellent underlayment for tile installation . This acts as excellent Water-resistant layer.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free of dust / loose particles, grease and mould oil.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 15% water (by weight of material) is required for mixing. For better results, mixing should be preferably done with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing to be done for approx . 2 minutes. The material should be applied within 90 mins i.e. after mixing the material should get consumed within 90 mins . It is a single coat application .
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Speed Dry Mix –Floor Screed SCM is delivered in 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.
Keep out of reach of children.
Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials, care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
