Speed Dry Mix - Grout M50 ( Gun Grade)

Cementitious Pourable Gun Grade Non-shrink High Strength Grout. Available in 40 / 25 kg bag, in dry form; No curing is required after application.

Speed Dry Mix – Grout  M50 ( Gun Grade)  is supplied as a ready to use dry powder.  It is  a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers (clay free)  and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state at minimal water demand. The low water demand and special additives ensures high early strength. The graded fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be free of dust, loose particles, grease, mould oil , rust metal,  wood peels etc. Holes and Fixing pockets must be blown clean of any dirt/ loose particles or debris . Substrate or the area where Grouting application is done must be in SSD condition .

MIXING AND APPLICATION

  • 15-17% of water (by weight of material) is required for mixing.
  • Mixing must be done with mechanical mixer / stirrer.
  • Normally mixing takes about 2 minutes. Once Mix is ready, it should be consumed well within 60 minutes

CURING

No water curing is required post application.

STORAGE AND PACKING

Speed Dry Mix – Grout  M50 ( Gun Grade)is supplied in dry form and delivered in 40/25 Kg bag.

Storage life is 12  months if the product is stored in a dry place.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Recommended to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask when mixing the material.

  • Material contains cement, which may produce allergic effect.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
