Speed Dry Mix – Wall Putty White is a high quality Water Resistant Premixed Putty suitable for all Internal Walls , Ceilings. Areas viz. ducts, lobbies, stair case soffits can be covered with this Putty . It is a Specially formulated White Cement Based Polymer Modified Putty that does not require any curing post application. High Quality Mineral Fillers and Polymers are used while manufacturing the product.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surface must be free of dust /loose particles, grease, mould oil , rust metal, wood peels , paints and plastics . Sand Paper, putty blade or wire brush can be used to remove loose particles
- Pre-wetting of substrate: Surface must be dampened / pre-moistened at least 15 minutes before the application of Putty.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Approx. 30% water ( by weight of material ) is required for mixing . For better results ,mixing should be preferably done with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing would normally take between 8 -10 mins for a quantity of 40kg .The material should be applied within 2 hours of preparation. This Putty can also be made sprayable by slightly increasing water percentage. The material should be applied within 2 hours of preparation.. The thickness of putty ( including 2 coats) should limit to 2mm. The time gap between 2 coats should be alteast 3 hours . Natural air curing is enough.

STORAGE AND PACKING
Storage life is Six months if the product is stored in a dry place
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Recommend to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask while mixing the material.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials , care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
