Water Resistant Cement Based Polymer Modified Light Duty Leveling Stucco. Available in 40 kg bag, in dry form; No curing is required after application.
Vintage Stucco CLD, is Cement Based Polymer Modified Coarse Stucco suitable for all Internal /External walls , Ceilings , soffits, RCC shear walls , Joints between wooden frame and masonry / concrete substrate where surface demands higher thickness of coating/bed etc . Product is designed in such a way that, thickness from 4mm to 16 mm can be achieved in a single coat. High Quality Mineral Fillers (graded; silt free ) and Polymers are used while manufacturing the product. This is a Customized product developed considering the need of Construction Industry. This is applied wherever normal Cement mortar does work. . It does not require any curing post application.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free of dust , loose particles/concrete , grease, mould oil , rust metal, wood peels , paints and plastics . Surface must be dampened / pre-moistened at least 15 minutes before the application of Vintage Stucco CLD.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
16-18% water ( by weight of material ) is required for mixing . For better results ,mixing should be preferably done manually or with mechanical mixer/stirrer. Mixing would normally take about 2 minutes . The material should be applied within 90 mins of preparation. It can be applied in multiple layers ( maximum of 4 layers of 16mm layer is allowed).
CURING
No curing is required. Natural air curing is enough.
STORAGE AND PACKING
Speed Dry Mix – Vintage Stucco CLD is delivered in 40Kg bag. Storage life is Six months . Material should be stored in a dry place .
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Recommend to wear NIOSH approved or equivalent particulate face mask while mixing the material.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Although Product contains only Non-toxic materials , care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling
